Day 3 - Animal Kingdom

Lynette and I bought these shirts separately. We were showing each other our purchases the night before. We decided the boys should wear them the next day.

Day 2 - Magic Kingdom again and Epcot

On Day 2 we met up with Jeffrey, Lynette, and Benton at Epcot.  This was at Nemo's Aquarium.  They love each other!

We're at Disney!! We're having a lot of fun. We joined my brother, Jeffrey, sister-in-law Lynette, and nephew, Benton.

This afternoon Mike picked Hutson up from school. Mike said he looked like Pigpen from Peanuts and he had to dust him off twice before getting in the car. Here's what he looked like. (okay after posting this, these pics really don't do justice to how dirty he was!)



funny story:
Yesterday we were in the car and Hutson asked Mike to sing "the poo-poo song." MIke said, "I don't know that song...sing it for us." Hutson sang, "A,B,C,D,E,F, poo-poo!" He laughed and then said, "that's funny." We asked him who taught him that song, and he said "Garrett...he's so cool!" We laughed for a good while about it.

This evening we spent some time in the backyard. We waded in our kiddie pool (pics coming later) and then Hutson and I shared a juice pop. Hutson overtook me and managed to eat most of it. :)

Genetically speaking Hutson had no chance of having a normal sized head. Mike and I both have large heads. Poor guy. We go through this often taking shirts off.

Happy 4th!

So this isn't related to the 4th of July for the exception it was recorded today. Hutson loves to scare us and be scared. We've been "scaring" each other and laughing about it since he was a baby. Enjoy.



In other 4th related news, we went to a 4th of July parade this morning. I forgot my camera and kicked myself for that. However Hutson had a blast and wanted to sit on the curb and watch the whole thing. It was in Round Rock (small town outside of Austin). It's where I work. Very small town feel...reminded me of McComb and Mike reveled in the fact he was participating in a small town parade.

This is why Elyse and her parents came to see us. We had a great time taking fun pictures to celebrate her first birthday!

Elyse and her parents (Sharron and Daniel) came to see us this past weekend. Hutson and Elyse had a lot of fun together. He wasn't too sure about her at first (see below). He warmed up and is excited about their prom in about 16 years. :)
