TV debut

Hutson was on TV today.



I like to think he was the star of the show!  :)

We spent the weekend in Houston and visited with Uncle Joe, Aunt Ti, Megan, and Grant.  Hutson had lots of fun playing with Uncle Joe and Aunt Ti Saturday morning.  They apparently found some fins and swim goggles.

Mommy's bowl

When I got this bowl out for Hutson to eat some rice he said, "This is mommy's bowl from when she was a little girl."  He's exactly right.  Can't beat the 1980s Strawberry Shortcake bowl.  :)  Thanks to my mom for saving it.

I used my point and shoot for these so forgive the funny expressions because of the lag time with shooting.

Boss?

Hutson and Mike recently went to Target to pick out a new toy because of a certain potty training accomplishment.  Hutson choose a tool set with safety googles and a hard hat.  He's been especially fond of the hat and googles.  We've even found him with the safety googles around his waist!

Baylor's swings are a part of Baylor culture.  Mike proposed to me on one of the green and yellow benches and every Homecoming people are clamoring to take their child's picture on one of the swings.  Hutson's had a pic on the swings every year.  Here his latest.

Halloween night- part 2 of Halloween weekend

Hutson had a great time trick or treating Saturday evening.  After we visited a few neighbor's homes, he began requesting to "go to another neighbor's house."  He's been very excited about eating his treats and has been asking for Halloween each day.  :)

Fall Festival - part 1 of Halloween weekend

We had such a busy Halloween weekend and a lot of fun too!  On Friday, Hutson's school, Hawthorne Montessori, had its fall festival party.  Hutson enjoyed the games, food, and music.   One of the parents plays the fiddle and does music time with the kids every Friday.  Ms. Jessica played songs at the party and all the kids danced around.  Most of the kids wore their costumes but Hutson shed his after 5 minutes, so all the pics of him are sans costume.
